apparently this guy is evil and out to destroy the world...and ofcourse the only heroes to stop him are masked rangers. Go Rangers! It's a funny mockery of the whole ranger franchise. It's a very funny video, and really nice because it includes subtitles for those that are illiterate in the Japanese language
